本 App「隨筆字卡 VocaLife」由 Insicore 開發，以本機優先為原則設計。依 Google Play 資料安全聲明，本 App 不收集、不與第三方分享任何個人資料。
This app "VocaLife" is developed by Insicore ("we", "us") with a local-first design. Per its Google Play Data Safety declaration, this app does not collect or share any personal data with third parties.

2.1 App 本身 / Data Collected by the App Itself
無。所有單字卡、自訂句子、學習進度與設定皆儲存於裝置本機，不上傳伺服器、不跨裝置同步、無帳號系統。你可透過完整 JSON 備份與還原自行掌控資料。
None. All word cards, custom sentences, learning progress and settings are stored only in local device storage. Nothing is uploaded to any server. No cross-device sync. No accounts. You fully control your data via local JSON backup and restore.

2.2 AI 造句網路用途 / AI Sentence Generation (Network Use)
本 App 串接 Google Gemini AI 產生例句與翻譯。當你主動使用此功能時，你輸入的單字或句子會傳送至 Google 進行處理，處理不經過我們的伺服器；其資料處理適用 Google 的隱私權政策。你亦可自備 Gemini API Key，使用你自己的金鑰進行處理。
This app connects to Google Gemini AI to generate example sentences and translations. When you actively use this feature, the words or sentences you enter are sent to Google for processing; this does not pass through our servers, and such processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You may also supply your own Gemini API Key to process with your own key.

本 App 不接入任何廣告、分析、崩潰回報、追蹤或行銷 SDK。
This app integrates no advertising, analytics, crash reporting, tracking, or marketing SDKs.

3. App 權限說明 / App Permissions

1. INTERNET — 僅供 AI 造句功能與外部辭典查詢跳轉使用 / Used only for the AI sentence feature and external dictionary lookup redirects
2. RECORD_AUDIO — 供「語音跟讀測驗」的語音辨識使用，語音於裝置端比對，不錄音上傳 / Used by the read-aloud quiz for on-device speech recognition; audio is not recorded or uploaded

本 App 深度整合 Cambridge Dictionary 網頁版與 Google 搜尋，查詞時會於瀏覽器開啟外部網頁。
This app integrates with the Cambridge Dictionary web version and Google Search; looking up a word opens an external web page in your browser.

4. 兒童隱私 / Children's Privacy

本 App 非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，不會故意收集兒童個人資料。如家長認為有誤收情形，請聯繫我們刪除。
This app is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent and believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us to delete it.

5. 資料保留與刪除 / Data Retention & Deletion

本 App 不收集個人資料，無伺服器端資料可供刪除。你可自行清除本機資料：
Since this app does not collect personal data, there is no server-side data to delete. You may clear local data yourself by:
1. App 內 → 匯出／清除字庫 / In-app → export or clear your word library
2. 系統 → 應用程式管理 → 解除安裝 / System → App management → Uninstall
