本 App 由 Insicore 開發，不會主動收集、儲存或上傳任何個人識別資訊。
This app is developed by Insicore ("we", "us"). This app does not actively collect, store, or upload any personally identifiable information.

2. 資料收集 / Data We Collect

2.1 App 本身 / Data Collected by the App Itself
無。所有番茄鐘紀錄、設定（時長、節奏、提示音、背景圖、語言等）及使用者自行上傳的鈴聲、背景圖，皆僅儲存於裝置本機（SQLite 資料庫與本機檔案），不上傳伺服器，不跨裝置同步，無帳號系統。
None. All pomodoro sessions, settings (durations, rhythm, sounds, background images, language, etc.) and any ringtones or background images you upload are stored only in local device storage (a local SQLite database and local files). Nothing is uploaded to any server. No cross-device sync. No accounts.

2.2 第三方 SDK / Data Collected by Third-Party SDKs（Google AdMob）
AdMob 顯示一個橫幅廣告以支應免費營運，收集以下資料由 Google 處理，不經過我們的伺服器：
AdMob displays a single banner ad to keep the app free. The following data is processed by Google and never passes through our servers:
1. 廣告識別碼（可於系統設定重設或停用）/ Advertising ID — resettable or disable-able in system settings
2. 裝置資訊（型號、OS 版本、語言）/ Device information (model, OS version, language)
3. 大致地理位置（IP 推估）/ Approximate location (inferred from IP)
4. 廣告互動數據（展示、點擊）/ Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

3. App 權限說明 / App Permissions

Android

1. POST_NOTIFICATIONS — 顯示番茄鐘開始／結束、休息與長休息通知 / Show focus start/end, break and long break notifications
2. FOREGROUND_SERVICE — 計時器在背景持續運作 / Keep the timer running in the background
3. FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK — 在背景播放白噪音／環境音 / Play ambient/white-noise audio in the background
4. WAKE_LOCK — 計時期間維持必要喚醒，避免漏掉提醒 / Keep necessary wake state during a session so reminders are not missed
5. VIBRATE — 提醒時震動 / Vibration for alerts
6. INTERNET — 僅供廣告 SDK 使用 / Used only by the AdMob SDK
7. RECORD_AUDIO / MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE — AdMob SDK 預設聲明，本 App 不主動使用；使用者透過系統檔案選擇器上傳鈴聲／背景圖時，僅讀取該單一選定檔案並複製至 App 私有目錄 / Declared by AdMob SDK by default. This app does not actively use those permissions — it never records audio, and only reads a single user-chosen file (ringtone or background image) via the system file picker, which is then copied into the app's private directory.

iOS

1. 背景音訊 UIBackgroundModes: audio / Background Audio — 離開 App 時環境音可繼續播放 / Allows ambient sounds to continue when you leave the app
2. App 追蹤透明度 ATT / App Tracking Transparency — 依 Apple 規範，用於提供 AdMob 廣告服務 / Required by Apple in order to serve AdMob ads

4. 兒童隱私 / Children's Privacy

本 App 非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，不會故意收集兒童個人資料。如家長認為有誤收情形，請聯繫我們刪除。
This app is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent and believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us to delete it.

5. 資料保留與刪除 / Data Retention & Deletion

本 App 不收集個人資料，無可刪除的資料。使用者可自行清除本機資料：
Since this app does not collect personal data, there is nothing to request deletion for. You may clear local data yourself by:
1. App 內 / In-app → 設定 → 恢復為預設值（清除設定與紀錄）/ Settings → Reset to defaults (clears settings and session history)
2. 系統 / System → 應用程式管理 → 解除安裝（完全移除所有本機資料，含自訂鈴聲與背景圖）/ App management → Uninstall (removes all local data, including any uploaded ringtones and background images)
3. 系統 / System → 隱私權 → 廣告 → 重設廣告 ID / Privacy → Ads → Reset advertising ID (resets AdMob tracking)

6. 政策變更 / Changes to This Policy

若有變更，將更新本頁面與最後更新日期。重大變更將於 App 內或下次更新版本中告知。
