TKmemo 隱私權政策

1. 概述 / Overview

本 App「TKmemo 關鍵字便條」由 Insicore 開發。App 的核心筆記資料儲存於裝置本機，不需註冊帳號；為支援免費營運，App 內含 Google AdMob 廣告，廣告相關資料由 Google 處理。
This app "TKmemo" is developed by Insicore ("we", "us"). Your core note data is stored locally on your device and no account is required. To keep the app free, it includes Google AdMob ads; ad-related data is processed by Google.

2. 資料收集 / Data We Collect

2.1 App 本身 / Data Collected by the App Itself
無。所有筆記、標籤、提醒與設定皆儲存於裝置本機（AsyncStorage），不上傳伺服器、不跨裝置同步、無帳號系統。
None. All notes, tags, reminders and settings are stored only in local device storage (AsyncStorage). Nothing is uploaded to our servers. No cross-device sync. No accounts.

2.2 第三方 SDK / Data Collected by Third-Party SDKs（Google AdMob）
AdMob 顯示廣告以支應免費營運，依 Google Play 資料安全聲明，以下資料可能由 Google 收集或分享，且不經過我們的伺服器（傳輸時加密）：
AdMob displays ads to keep the app free. Per the Google Play Data Safety declaration, the following data may be collected or shared by Google and never passes through our servers (encrypted in transit):
1. 大致位置 / Approximate location
2. 應用程式資訊與效能 / App info and performance
3. 裝置 ID 或其他 ID（含廣告 ID，可於系統設定重設或停用）/ Device or other IDs (including Advertising ID, resettable or disable-able in system settings)
4. 廣告互動數據（展示、點擊）/ Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

本 App 除 AdMob 外不接入任何分析、崩潰回報、追蹤或行銷 SDK。
Apart from AdMob, this app integrates no analytics, crash reporting, tracking, or marketing SDKs.

2.3 網路用途 / Network Use
核心筆記與提醒功能完全離線；網路僅供廣告 SDK 使用。點擊筆記標籤時，App 會於瀏覽器或外部應用程式開啟你選擇的搜尋引擎、地圖或電商頁面，本 App 不會將你的筆記內容傳送至這些服務。
All core note and reminder features work fully offline; network access is used only by the ad SDK. When you tap a note tag, the app opens your chosen search engine, map, or shopping page in your browser or an external app; this app does not transmit your note content to those services.

3. App 權限說明 / App Permissions

1. INTERNET — 僅供 AdMob 廣告 SDK 使用 / Used only by the AdMob SDK
2. POST_NOTIFICATIONS — 供定時提醒（單次／每日／每週／每月／節慶生日）發送本機通知 / Used to send local notifications for scheduled reminders (one-time / daily / weekly / monthly / birthday)

本 App 為備忘與提醒工具，不需要相機、定位或通訊錄等權限。
This is a memo and reminder tool and requires no camera, location, or contacts permissions.

4. 兒童隱私 / Children's Privacy

本 App 非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，不會故意收集兒童個人資料。如家長認為有誤收情形，請聯繫我們刪除。
This app is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent and believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us to delete it.

5. 資料保留與刪除 / Data Retention & Deletion

本 App 不收集個人資料，無伺服器端資料可供刪除。你可自行清除本機資料：
Since this app does not collect personal data, there is no server-side data to delete. You may clear local data yourself by:
1. App 內 → 刪除個別筆記或清空 / In-app → delete individual notes or clear all
2. 系統 → 應用程式管理 → 解除安裝 / System → App management → Uninstall
3. 系統 → 隱私權 → 廣告 → 重設廣告 ID / System → Privacy → Ads → Reset advertising ID

6. 政策變更 / Changes to This Policy

若有變更，將更新本頁面與最後更新日期。重大變更將於 App 內或下次更新版本中告知。
